New User Help

There seem to be rather a lot of new users who have failed to activate their accounts. I have sent an email reminder out, but if you are on this list, haven't had any emails with activation instructions and still want to join up, please email me at webmaster@tipec.net and I will activate your account manually.

Just out of interest, what will happen if they don't activate their accounts in a set time?
