just asking if members use these when there batterys are flat, and also what are the best value ones for this purpose, got a funny feeling that seeing the bad weather is nearly with us for another year, i will be needing to buy one really soon

as i dont like to drive when the roads are icy, snow or shitty, this means the car is stood for quite long periods of time, which means jumping it off, if the weather is bad.

Hi
By "battery jumper" do you mean a Battery Charger (plugs in mains) or a Battery Jump Pack (charged FROM mains but works free from mains) ???

You can also get much cheaper ones on Ebay and Machine Mart.....

The XS3600 constantly monitors the battery after it has been initially charged and only 'trickle charges' the battery when the voltage drops due to alarms or natural drainage. This eliminates the danger of overcharging and allows the XS3600 to be safely connected for months at a time.
