Moving parts of threads?

Is it possible to move parts of threads??
Reason for asking is that Central region Club Night sticky has a few posts that really should be under the "Club night 14th January" heading so the sticky stays short and sweet

Sorry Paul, my fault for posting in the wrong one. 
That's why I think it would be better to have a different sub section for every region. Not just, North, Midlands, South.

Lets keep the sticky as a clean memo folks - I must admit I nearly posted there as well at one point. Just make sure its not a sticky before you add to the thread

Tony or Sean can threads be locked on this forum, I have seen them before elsewhere, sort of read only threads

Yep we can make a thread read only.
Sorry - when I re-read it did read as if I was laying the law down
