AGM 2008
This years AGM will take place at Heritage Motor Centre at Gaydon on Sunday 13th April 2008.
Please come along and have your say on the direction the Club should take over the coming year.
Tea and Coffee will be served from 10.00am and the meeting will start at 10.30am. A buffet lunch will be provided, could you please confirm your attendance by 01/04/08 so we know how many members to cater for.
The postcode for the Museum is CV35 0BJ, it is located approx 2 miles from junction 12 M40. Leave the motorway and follow the brown museum signage. When you drive down to the museum follow the road which is on the left handside of the building this takes you to the conference centre entrance.
ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Any member has the right to propose a candidate for any office. It is required that a seconded nomination, together with an acceptance by the nominee, be submitted to the Club Secretary not later than 14 days before the meeting. If more than one candidate for a post is nominated and seconded there will be a postal vote invited from all paid up members. If only one nomination is received for any post, this will be put to the vote of members present. If no nomination is received prior to the meeting, then nominations will be accepted at the meeting and put to the vote of members present.
Post holders may retain their posts.
