Sat Nav Upgrade

Hi all
Just returned from a road trip to Italy in my 2016 Cayenne Turbo.
The car performed exceptionally well-the only niggle being the Sat Nav, which had destinations missing and wouldn't take others and little things like not being able to press the screen to fix position-small things but a bit niggly.
So if anyone has suggestions on how to either upgrade my system, or do I buy a new unit-and which is best, I'd appreciate your help
