911 40th Anniversary Edition

Morning all, I am a new member here and have just purchased a 911 40th Anniversary edition. The Audio is not working properly just seems muffled. I guess its the amp, does anyone know if the amp is in the head unit or separate ? I have the navigation type radio.
New to Porsche so excuse my ignorance. Also interested to know if anyone else has a 40th anniversary edition for tips or advice.

Welcome to the forum, its a nice looking car the 40 Jarhe 911 with bright silver wheels setting it off.
It’s all in one, there is a reset for the unit which is 148 press them all simultaneously. Failing that you will need to pull the fuses. From memory there are 3 of them for the PCM 2.0

Response might be a bit late, but I've got a 40th Anniversary model & there is a separate amp in the front compartment) next to the CD player) . It's linked the MOST fibre optic system so I assune tricky to fault find. Sound on ours is superb - so yours is definitely faulty.
Is the problem with radio & CD or just one of them?
