Air con pipe repair

Does anyone know whether a pin hole in an air con pipe can be repaired . I attempted to have my 911 re gassed but it had a small leak, I have found a small dent in one of the air con pipes and am wondering if this can be repaired. There are repair kits on E bay but don't know if they work. Also does any one know whether the plastic under body protectors are expensive, some of mine have cracks that are repairable but not sure if they are too dear to replace. Any ideas anyone.
