Depending on weather, it's looking like a good turnout.

A few members from neighbouring regions are coming to support, plus a few newbies from forums and social media sites.

A little more notice would have been good and I would have moved my diary around to support.

It's been long overdue a meeting in that part of the world. Wessex Region has bumped along for years and despite all of Pete's efforts it struggled to gain momentum.

Well, considering we had biblical rain from 5:30 until 8:00, we had a decent turnout and a thoroughly enjoyable first meeting.

We had a good mix of cars and people.
3 x 986s, 1 987, 2 996's, 997, Cayenne, 924, 944, 968CS and two turned up in their work cars.
15 people including a few friendly faces from Thames Valley

Very nice to see Jim a T.V. member who hasn't been able to
make their Tuesday meetings, so this Wednesday meet is much better for him, as is the closer venue.

We are pleased to announce our new ARO Richard Warburton, who's 968 Club Sport was seen on the cover of the December's All Torque.
Welcome also to New member Simon who made the trip up from the south coast and is looking forward to drier nights as he tells me there are some great roads he can use to get here.

Sorry for the lack of photos, it really was pants weather and my phone isn't that great in the dark in decent weather. Also, once we got chatting time just flew by.
