Tuesday 9th August sees the next in this summer's model or group specific meetings at the Novello.
For August we have our long awaited SPECIALS NIGHT.

No, it's not a Ska reunion gig but an evening to appreciate some of Stuttgart's finest creations.

Last year we had some awesome cars turn up for this night and we should have more of the same this year.

We are looking for all Porsche models that were special editions, Turbo's, GT2/3, GT/S, Supersports, Club Sports, lightweights, RS you get the idea.
Also for customisations, race/track cars, custom paint jobs etc.

As well as the special editions, all other models of Porsche will be welcome too

For those who haven't been to our meets before, it's a very informal pub meet with great food if you're feeling peckish

We will be there from 18:30 til 22:30 ish

Looks like it will be a good turnout again.

Sadly it clouded over and the temperature dropped, so we were't sure how many wound turn up.
A few left early and a few more turned up late, at it's fullest i counted 57 but a few more came later, so around about 60.

Glad it wasn't sunny, there wasn't enough room

my faves of the night were the 997.2 GT3 RS 3.8 in white/red combo with the SAE sequential style shifter, the 964 singer style car and nicks 993 GT2 lookylikey. brilliant.

An awesome night, we had 2 new members turn up for their first meeting. I hope they don't expect this sort of display every month
