On Wednesday 22nd June 2016 we have our annual Sprint day at Curborough near Lichfield. We will run on the full circuit as this allows more speed to be built up from the start line.

For novices please note only one car will be on circuit at a time and there is plenty of run off so very unlikely to damage you or your car.

Circuit time will be 10am - 5pm with a forced one hour lunch break from 1-2pm

Arms and legs must be covered and helmets worn on track by drivers and passengers. Anyone going out on circuit will be required to sign disclaimers for the circuit and club. All drivers must attend a safety briefing at 9.30am or 1.30pm for Afternoon slots

There will be no noise limit on the cars.

For Drivers Breakfast butties and lunch will be provided within the cost and tea/coffee all day. Full day cost £65

Any passengers/2nd drivers must pay £11 for this catering deal or pay as they go from the caterer on the day.

Please get in touch with me via PM to book a slot and then send a cheque payable to "TIPEC Central" or pay by bank transfer.

I will give you bank details or address via PM.

Email to paulpsb928@yahoo.co.uk followed by payment reserves your slot.

Paul,

I will not be able to come this year; I am driving the support car for a mate who is cycling from Lands End to John O'Croats.

Paul,

How much track time or number of runs do you expect per car?

Cheers,
Bryan

Hi Pal

That depends on you. Some people like to do a few runs and then have a break - others will drive and then re-join the queue for the next run pretty much non stop.

I would imagine a reasonable balance would see you do about 30 runs

What's the cost for the half day (assuming I can't make the first safety briefing)?

Cheers,
Bryan

A great day Paul, thanks for arranging, really enjoyed it. Perfect numbers so great track time, everyone was pretty sensible, even the weather stayed fine!
