Can someone help a new owner please ?

Hi Guys,
I picked up my 08 plate Boxster S Sport 4 weeks ago and have just had a rear tyre blow out.
She's currently on the Continental Sport Contact 3's and whilst the fronts "look ok" i'm concerned the car may have been standing over last winter, run below pressure etc etc so instinct is to replace all 4 rather than just the 2 rears.
I'm looking at either sticking with the Continentals or switching to the Michelin Pilot Sport 2.
Can anyone tell me if a mobile tyre fitter such as etyres would be ok to use or would I still need to take her into Porsche for checking and tracking ?
Sorry for being such a girl - but when the AA rescued me with a space saver the ABS/PSM lights obviously came on and I don't know if they need to be reset at a specialist.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated,
Many thanks,
Carol
