Headlight Colour

Hey guys,
I am new to the forum and new to owning a Porsche! Just bought myself a BoxsterS, using it mainly at the weekends and summer!
When I first took the car out at night I noticed that the headlights were a different colour...one slightly more white than the other. I decided to invest in some brand new 6000k bulbs and solve the problem that way, unfortunately the problem remains. Has anybody got any suggestions, or had the same problem?
Thanks in advance,
Scott

It could be that the lense needs a good clean. They can go milky but with a bit of effort they do buff up.

Have you changed all of the bulbs as dipped & main are seperate H7 bulbs in the Boxster. Upper bulb is for dipped & lower is main beam if I remember correctly (& then theres another H7 bulb for fog lights & a 501 for side lights)?
Can you post a picture maybe (dont ask me how not worked that one out yet!)
Other than that as Sean says the lenses may need a polish. I have seen a small amount of condensation on the inside of mine but cant see that affecting light as it will dry quickly from heat given out by bulbs?
Both T cut & meguiars do a kit for polishing/restoring scratched/yellowing head lights (the T cut one looks better as it has a sealant to protect headlight once you have polished it). Just stick headlamp polishing kit inti google theres plenty on there.

Have you tried swapping the bulbs over? If you've got the same problem with new bulbs then you've an electrical problem, probably a weakening earth/ground connection.
When I've finished arsing around with the Cab, one of my smaller projects will be to install a switched relay power supply to the headlamps as they are quite feeble IMHO ...

Finally, somebody that knows electrics! It is 100% not a 'cleaning' issue!
