it's selling A heart rate monitor that needn't be attached usual way via chest strap, but instead measures heartrate at the wrist. The monitor is usually used in conjunction with smartphone app.
It can be very accurate at informing you that you've had a heart attack...

I think I'd like to get a tomtom so that I could navigate the coastal route to the top of those mountains!
