Where's my Membership Pack?

Hi,
I joined TIPEC for two years on the 2nd of June. I've emailed the Membership contact as no pack has turned up within the stated 21 days.
Still no reply to my email and no pack!
Dissappointed. Any ideas who to contact next?

Welcome to the club and the forum.
I have a feeling that membership packs are sent out at the end of the month. Our club is run by some great people that all give their time for free.

It looks like your pack has been lost in the post, you are in the database which means you have not been missed off.
Packs were definitely delivered last week.
I will ask Lee to send you another pack.

Thanks for all the replies.
Perhaps the 21 day statement on the site should be changed to 'Packs are sent out at the end of the month after you join, please let us know if you don't receive it'.
Looking forward to receiving it and becoming involved as I only joined after a member recommended you all.

You don't need your pack to get on involved.

Joined start of July for 2 years. 2 months later no sign of Membership Pack either.

Chris, I've messages you, please reply. I need your full name and address to check/post a replacement, so messages are better than the open forum. I'm on holiday this week at a log cabin in the north of Scotland, but have brought all the TIPEC equipment with me. If I don't do it this week, I'm back at work on Monday and won't get a chance.
Anyone else, please PM me. I'll be here all week.

I renewed via the website on the 24/07/14, so no rush as yet for a card as I appreciate they are done in blocks..
I did however email membership at the club to inform them but never received a response..
