Bristol region - new venue

Starting with our meeting on 5th November we have a new venue. Our new 'home' will be The Plough at Pilning, about 1.5miles from our former home. The Plough should be more fitting for the numbers that are attending as we have been offered the use of a function room that can hold 50. This gives us a number of new options like guest speakers and a quiz night - any other ideas welcomed.

Hope to see all the regular crew on 5th November and of course any new faces that might be encouraged to attend.

Great start at our new venue last night. Function room to ourselves, good food and friendly service. I suspect we also had the largest attendance ever too, I made it 40 people.

Look forward to the next one on 3rd December, we will be there early again for some food.
