i there! new 911 owner! well since october last year! decided to join this forum a couple of years ago when i bought my 944 but i've been a bit of lurker, just reading things mainly and gaining help or advice that way. I've always been a bit of a petrolhead, changng my cars frequently, mainly Vw's and BM's but then a 2 years ago i bought said porsche 944 Lux - square dash which i bought just to get me to work and back, mainly as it was a lot of car for the money and extremely cheap insurance, £180 fully comp for a 24 year old. i completely fell in love with it and caught the Porsche bug! so last year i became the proud owner of my '02 carrera 2 manual in Seal Grey. i looked for months for this one, it had to be grey, coupe, manual, a facelift model and have black leather interior with the shoulder bolstered seats. i viewed 3 that met that criteria and this was by far the best i viewed so i struck a deal with the owner and picked it up two weeks later! still brings a smile to my face everytime i drive it or look back at it on the drive!

thanking you! modern wheels? i thought they were standard issue? unless youre on about the '44 with the D90 wheels ?

I thought the wheels were off a 997? My bad. They do look good.

thanks guys! yeah i think the 997 wheels are more or less the same but with a squared off face on the spokes.
