Agreed Valuations

Agreed Valuations are a service we offer free to Club Members. These are used for insurance purposes and you will need to have an agreed value insurance policy.

There is often confusion about Agreed Valuations hopefully this will help.

A car is worth what it will cost to replace with one in similar condition.

A car selling for silly money either too high or too low does not become the new benchmark.

Cars are worth what they are sold for not what they are advertised for.

A car is expected to be maintained in a roadworthy condition. What you bought a car for then subsequently spent on it does not neccassarily make it worth that amount.

Condition for agreed valuations must be a true reflection of the car on that day.

Unmarked as good as new does not mean it looks good for its age.

An over valued car will push up your premium needlessly. Insurance companies will not just pay out without checking the market first.

hi could you email the form for a valuation please, mine will be back on the road in 2 weeks and I need to get it insured......
I have No idea how to value it as my expenditure bears No relation to current market values
