Hi guys,
I've been told this is an ELITE site and club from an existing mutual member over at PistonHeads... so here I am! (thanks TR7V8)
I'm looking to buy a 997.1 C4S, and plan to pick your brains before and after, so be prepared.

HI & welcome Xstyle! Not sure about the elite bit that & elitist are words we avoid. A good friendly bunch slightly mad & love Porsches would be a better description! Also a lot of knowledge here about the marque as well.

Hello and welcome, don't know much about 997s apart from watch out for blue smoke from the LHS exhaust as bores 4,5 and 6 tend to wear/score

Seller on hols, and my finance is with the underwriters (pay slips etc), was pre-approved once I enquired.
Picking the Black Beauty up on Mon 9th Jan...
Seems more real once I wrote it down! Kept dreaming last night of driving it...

All I can say is ...

Just driven it the once so far when I collected it, so now looking forward to the weekend when I can drive around all weekend!!
