Hi All..

Had my 996 nearly a year now. LOVE it sooooo much.... am a Porsche owner for life now for sure!

As am lucky enough for it to be my pleasure car, have only done approx 4K in a year, am now coming
up to spending time though :( Service (no problem, going to Finlay Gorham where I bought her). However
am confused about tyres, and what the best ones are to go for. Until owning a Porschse I would be a mid
range tyre at best, and that would be when I really neede them!

Any advice would be great, especially make. Have had a good read through some of the tyre threads, and
so many mixed opions am even more confused. So am looking for some guidence.

Thansk in Advance :)

Simon

For my 928 I went to Camskill (click here) and put in my sizes. When the tyres came, I put them in the car and asked for them to be changed at the garage it was going into. They charged me £10 for fitting as they were already working on the car. The site is self explanatory, don't know if it is what you wanted?

I have Michellin Pilot Sport on my 4S and had them on my R32.

Not cheap but I like them. Shop around for a good price.

Michelins if you can get them, as always there seems to be supply issue on MPS - but keep looking. I have them on the 996 Turbo, very good indeed
