sticky stuff

Hi guys any one with tips to remove sticky strips (but not sticky enough !!) from the car where your rear numberplate has fallen from !! :cry:

I use petrol for removing anything like that.

wot!! Vmax I spose!!!

bit expensive , I have got the foam stuff off , just leaving the sticky backing , thought i would try some white spirit (cheaper than V Max) :?

You can get a bottle of liquid called ' Sticky Stuff Remover' 8)
Works really well and should be available from any DIY store.

Get a Toffee wheel

It's a rubber wheel that goes in your drill, this is what bodyshops use.
I guess most motorfactors will stock them, maybe even Halfrauds
