Looks like I will be with some mates and my son this year. He has wanted to come for the last few years and now he is 11 I think he can come.
Feedback from this month club meet sounds like I wont be alone. I will be in a tent but some of our other members may want the soft option.

I'm going to be recommending the Leamington Spa Holiday Inn as the hotel of choice. Because they are near a town taxi's are more readily available and they have secure parking. We will orgainse transport from this hotel (only) to the Party when we have an idea of numbers. They are quoting us £75 for a double room including breakfast call 01926 425522 and ask for reservstions and quote POR for our discounted rate.

You can get a family room without brekkie for £60 and a double for £52 and eat at the BHC when you get there.

Other nearby economy accomodation is Welcome Break on the M40 rooms from £40 including family.

Crikey you lot were quick, all the family rooms that were available have already been booked.
I've reserved 25 double rooms at the Holiday Inn that are ours until 01/07/08.

Warwick services on the M40 have family rooms from £40
Travelodge at Leamington Spa 10 miles away have family rooms £70.
Travelodge at Rugby Dunchurch 16 miles away have family rooms £29 online saver deal no refunds.

Argos have got some cheap tents in their clearance section, for those who have thought about camping or are off to Le Mans this summer.

Looking at the chat, Camping will be the way to attend. (more time for drinks and less to the taxis).
Will persuad the missus and follow Rob & Rachel up from the south.

Halfrauds are doing a deal on a family tent, £100 for 4 person tent, 4 sleeping bags, 2 double airbeds and 2 lights....I think Rob is going to buy it so we'll defo be camping. "Rob, where is the ensuite?".

Richard, hopefully we can encourage some others from our region too. I'm sure that Derek and Keith must be going. It would be good to get a little convoy together.
