Yes indeed :) but this time things are happening!!

Bought...
DTAfast s60 pro ECU
All new sensors
Bluetooth adaptor (side project for fancy tech fun)

Bottom end being tested but modified head going on along with new big ass turbo. Garage is currently installing a rolling road so hopefully have this in and running in 2 weeks... :bounce: :bounce: Then see where we are at I guess :)

Hope you are good Pauly!!

Yes I'm good thanks. Are you fitting the spare head and turbo that Ben supplied with the car ?

Hey dude, aye putting the modified head back on (standard has been on since bought) and swapping the turbo for the spare from Ben. Seeing where we are and going from there... is the plan...

Lindsey LR75 isn't it ? I'd fit a size down compressor housing/wheel on it if I was you...

Hey guys, hows it going? Small amount of progress but some none the less...

The shop almost has the rolling road installed so should be finishing the build soon. Cleaned the cam cover ready for re painting (was old and crusty looking) and took the head off to prep ready for the modified head going back on. Bottom end looks good

Engine refresh, seals, gaskets, turbo, removing the wolf 3d and putting in the new engine management system and sensors all round then tuning... Aiming for end of May but yeah will see...

Hey, aye it's just the pic all bores nice and smooth otherwise would have been off to the shop and coming back with more girth :) Being sensible though and keeping at 2.5, cometic gasket is 2mm so will lower the comp a bit though for more boost fun :)

Engine being put back together this week with the ECU wiring to follow soon after, want it back this month... could happen... maybe...

How you doing Pauly? All good I hope ;)

More boost, didn't Ben run over 20 lbs ? A modern turbo would fill in the bottom end...

Paint? Ben had the whole car painted not long before he sold it. Looked ok when I saw it at the body shop.

Aye but the fibreglass nose had been replaced when I bought her (as it had "blown off") and the sills have been done recently so WUF is currently a sorry mix of 3 shades of red... The interrior (seats) need fixing too but will have them re-covered ;D

Just ordered an AIM 10" screen and PDM32 and am now looking at modern turbos ;)

Oh and the new throttlebody is an electronic one ;)

That car has had a fortune spent on it over the years. I've never really liked red though, it's the reason I didn't buy it. If I had though, I'd just have converted it to a 3.0. Then all that nasty lag would have disappeared.
