Can't be at next club night as its half term and I'm on hols, but thanks to Pierre, Mark and Clive for what has been an extremely enjoyable morning! As well as the rest of the club that turned out, for a good time. Even my 10 year old daughter said she "wished the day could start again, because she enjoyed it so much". Me too, I would have stopped her knocking my rear vew mirror off whilst I was in the garage paying for petrol this morning!

Thank you to all that turned up to make it a really enjoyble morning, thanks to Mark who bribed security and of course Pierre who did the fastest photo shoot in history. We will do another smaller one in November with some moving shots which we didnt manage today... more on that soon.

However having never tried something like this before, it only works if people turn up and join in. With 13 Porsches on show its great to know we all did.

One pic from me, before I am shamed by Pierre Bailey himself.

Hi Guys

Again I would like to thank everyone for a great morning, also a big thanks to all of you that tried to help me out with the breakdown. The problem was a broken gear cable and the car became stuck in 2nd gear. That all started a 1.45pm. I called the RAC at 2pm the sent a mechanic with van at 3pm...He said I cannot fix it I will arrange a re-covery vehicle that arrived at 5pm...then they had a problem loading the car the front splitter was hitting the ramp, he said sorry we need to get another lorry in for the job, that arrived at 7.30pm....we eventually arrived at the garage at 9.15 and got home about 10pm...What a day.

Well here are a few pics from the event that I took, can’t wait to see the others

Great pictures Steve.

Pleased to see that the repair won't be too expensive.

I would imagine you are now very familiar with the gardens of Stowe (or at least the entrance gates) after your extended stay.

Thanks again to Pierre and Mark for sorting the day out and of course Clive who is up for an Oscar as Best Director.

i reckon mike has either

1: left his handbrake of & his beloved supersport has rolled down the hill into the lake
2: or he actually put the handbrake on but it failed & rolled down the hill into the lake.

Any thoughts....................

anyway what will we do if it is at the bottom of the lake - anyone got any good fast reliable taxi phone numbers as mike's taxi's will be out of buisness !
