Arrrrgh! Can't get through to TD to confirm my booking and pay the deposit! Been trying since 4.45 and it's either engaged or rings off. Hopefully they're around tomorrow - hope I don't lose my reservation... :(

By the way, I've never been to Le Mans before (always wanted to) so what's the accepted wisdom on travelling over? Thursday or Friday departure? I've assumed Thursday is the best so there's no rush and presumably the traffic will be a touch lighter?

Hi Craig

I guess it depends whether you want to be at Le Mans early friday morning or early afternoon. If the latter works for you take the friday morning crossing and drive down with us

I also had provisional reservation and admit to only getting round today (Sat 31st) to confirm with TD.

Am slightly uneasy about the fact that the phone just rings out with no facility to leave message or any announcement about office hours.

Just checked and their office hours mon-fri 9-5.30 so will try to raise them first thing monday.

Don't worry - when I spoke to Andrew on Thursday the phones were ringing off the hook as people were calling to book up for the Classic and 24Hr and they couldn't cope. You will get through eventually.

:D Finally booked my trip to the Classic with Travel Destinations, been to the main event since 1999 but never the Classic. Looking forward to meeting some of you as I never manage to make the 1st Friday of the month meetings locally.

Be good to have you along - are you crossing through the tunnel with us or using a ferry?

I have just switched from Portsmouth fast ferry to Eurotunnel on Friday morning, probably around 7 / 730

Hello all...

Anyone know how many spaces there are left with the club site now? Was looking to stay with the club and wondered what space was available?

If this is all booked up , then it wil have to be one of the other Travel Destination offers - maybe off-site..

Cheers
