I so often have these gut wrenching moments. It's still satisfying doing the work though!

Wow loads of work done and it looks fantastic, you must be really pleased with it! This is going to be one nice car when it's finished. You'll have to be a bit OCD to keep it clean though :D

Very nice work, as always!

Out of interest what are you plans for the car when you've finished as I'm sure it will be one of if not the cleanest, most sorted 944's on the planet! So will it be concourse garage queen or driven on a regular basis?

Cheers
Andy

My rear end lacks finesse, can you pop round and do some cleaning, plating and powdercoating please. Front now looks passable

Driven most days :D not really into concourse ....the reason for doing it was to change the bushes pipes bearings etc but it just nice to put clean parts back on

so today :?

Fitted new hand brake cable
fitted anti-roll bar
changed the drive shaft/oil cooler and selector seals on the gearbox
fitted the JMG shift mechanism

Then using the sissor jack from the boot and loads of blocks of wood I managed to install the gearbox.........quite tricky on your own when you don't have a tranmisson jack...and the gravel drive doesn't help matters but well pleased :D :D

Very well done getting that in. And really pleased you'll be driving and enjoying it - a car really to be proud of! 8)
