Mike, read the label, some nail polish remover contains things other than acetone, such as lanolin. Try cellulose thinner or methylated spirit.

Ive been using Rain X for years,great stuff and never had a problem!

Didnt know about the Brake people though,sound like they need to get out more!!

I used Rain X way back 12 years ago before it was supported the raving looneys.
Lost a a whole wiper blade on my 944 Turbo, on the M25 in heavy traffic, in torrential rain.
The rain X kept my screen totally clear.
The only reason I don't use it is I was advised by a friend that it contains products that if you need any spraying done on the car a nightmare.
I was advised this attending the Doune show in Scotland with NE region in support of our scottish clan.
Colin a full time sprayer was our first ever Scottish RO back way back when we were the 924 to 968 Club.

to remove, just clean screen and wipers with vinegar...
i use rain-x as its great - but i wont anymore, i'll just use the halfords stuff!

cant be doing with nurses uniforms meself, no effect at all, just figure it is someone else i am going to have to tell off at some point for not working hard enough

Not a Perv Becky is actually a nurse

We only use the WPC uniform every other week
