Mmm

Brian said 26 - perhaps I shouldn't assume the club treasurer can count

The BBQ was spoiled by the arrival of the "Burger Police" acting for Trentham Estate - apparently they have decided BBQ's are not allowed in the grounds :( so if we do this event again next year it will have to be bacon butties from the camping stove

This is a fine example of two regions pooling resources to obtain a truely wonderful display!!!

Regarding 'burger police' some shows are asking for certificates to show club staff are training in erecting Gazebos these days.

Well,

It was three Regions, Central, East Midlands plus Cheshire and Staffs

With regards to the car numbers it was 26. The red car at the end of the front row was a non member on the club stand and so not eligible to be included in the official count. Hopefully, the ineligible car and owner will be joining the club soon together with the owner of the 924 from Walsall we spoke to at length

So there we have it!

We had the Gazebo H & S inspector at Bromley Pageant  He didn't like the fact that the gazebo wasn't staked down!
Some of our group didn't believe it, but he had a clipboard & all the kit

Blimey

This is getting serious

It won't be long before we have to start asking Sean to write risk assessments just so that we can drive our cars onto sites for events. Then to top it all I can soon foresee the emissions and noise levels being checked before we move off site at the end of an event

Wow betide anyone who breaks wind (the fart) at an event, even cows are coming under scrutiny for their emissions and the effect on the environment

What a friigin nonsense

Hmmm!

No problem

Having spent over 20 years rock climbing and Alpine climbing together with racing the bike on and off since the age of 17 everywhere is safe as far as I am concerned

Therefore, it's a blanket no problem for any of our events
