Well myself and others here will always be willing to help through the forum if you need any advice / guidance. These cars tend to make you work for it, but the enjoyment you get once it's all sorted makes it worthwhile in the end.

Debating when the winter set up should be removed.......
........the 4x 7x16 Wintercults are for sale now. 2x brand new, boxed and never used. 2x went on the front and are still mint and come with original boxes. Will be keeping the 8x16 seen on the rear.
Will fit 924, 944, 968, 928 and various flavours of slammed VW's, Audis and Seats (with adapters)

Loving this 924 Turbo - looks great with the two-tone paint job and those wheels!

Greetings. I guess this is now my 2.7 Lux. It was my recently departed fathers toy since the late 90s. Been living its life in my parents nice heated garage and of course it rains when I take it out! Few things to check on as it really hasn’t been used in earnest for a long time. Just not sure where I’m going to find the time, but that’s not really an excuse!!

Newly acquired 968 - standard except Cup wheels, 10-speaker stereo, full leather seats, and seemingly rare Slate Grey metallic. 1994, 228,000kms, full service history at either Porsche main dealer or Porsche specialist - literally every stamp in the book - two previous owners…

I'm a very proud Dad.
My eldest daughter, aged 21 bought her first car (well a car she paid for) and its a Porsche 924.
Look:
At the moment it cranks but does not start and we need loads of bits for the interior.
Any idea on how to get it started and where i an buy parts for this....?

Great first car
Had mine for 11 years and there are 2 things a K-jet 924 doesn't like - air leaks and bad earths, get them checked and you'll have a fighting chance. Once those are sorted and you know you have fuel getting to the injectors and a spark you'll need to check fuel pressures but this is nothing special and the same as mk1\2 Golf GTIs and all k-jets of the same era, just need a pressure gauge but these can be made easily.
For parts I've noticed a reduction in spare parts for sale but still plenty about. Dont dismiss Porsche Centres for parts as sometimes its cheaper than 'specialist' selling parts on.
Good luck

There are some lovely cars posted in here which makes me lust after a 944 even more. I thought I would post here in case anyone is looking to move on to other cars.
I am a long time Porsche enthusiast and ex owner.
Amongst others Porsches over the years, one of the Porsches I owned in the past was a 1981 924 Lux back in the late 1980s.
Many years later I am now looking for a 944 Lux 2.5. The car must be 1985 or older as I need it to be a historic status vehicle from next year as I live in London.
I would like a well looked after car, owned by an enthusiast. I would like the car to have paperwork that will help verify the mileage and also help to see what work has been done on the car over the years.
Ideally a car that has been maintained and used in recent years in excellent working condition and definitely no rust.
If you are thinking of selling your pride and joy and it fits the criteria above, please message me.
