Now I've taken a photo I thought I would add to thread.
Engine, bodywork and wheels done. Starting on interior now.

Like what you did with the wheels. Standard D90s are a bit dull looking.

Cool...my car is a bit of a tip of the hat to the GT as well but it has a somewhat different engine and not much of an interior

Thanks, I think it was Sean who posted pictures awhile back that give me the inspiration. I thought what an excellent way to keep everything standard and yet update the look. Guy in the garage summed it up best "They look more modern, but with a retro look".
I know there will be fans of the D90's out there, but I think they're so dull compared to earlier and later offerings from Porsche.

Like the mix of red and black, probably the best combo for a Porsche.

Red and black go very nice together indeed, i like it on my car and on that V8 924 as well.
But i also like silver and blue on my 931...and fresh 16" staggered phone dials.

Some very nice cars, shame photobucket has destroyed most forums and people's pictures. Even the pictures of my old 944 are no longer uploaded. I'll have to see if I can find them and upload them again even though I no longer have the car.

After 10 long years languishing in a barn, this beauty is smoking around the streets again.
