Looking for a 944 Roof Rack

Am looking around for a roof rack to use on a 944, is there anyone in the group that either has one they want to sell or can point me to where one may be?

I have a small canoe I want to use this summer so would love to turn up carrying it on a 944

Keep an eye on eBay, they come up occasionally with prices usually in the £200+ bracket. They're in the same category as rocking horse poo and hen's teeth.

It will fit inside with the front seat reclined if its small enough

I sold one for £140 a while ago, but as others have said you'll find them catalogued under rocking 'orse droppings & Hens teeth.

I have one that is like new and surplus to requirements, but I would need to hunt around as one of the rubber pads has gone missing, so is probably in my storage unit on the other side of town.

I have an original Porsche UNIVERSAL ROOF SUPPORT system for the 924 / 944 models - Used only once & hence almost new condition. I was living in Sweden but had to buy a roof box when returning home to the UK. Then sold the car & the bars just got put away. Now under strict instructions to de-clutter. Bringing this back from the grave as I need a rack reasonably urgently. Do any of you guys know if the thule 918 wingbars with 754 fitting kit will go on the 944? Which fitting kit would be required to connect it if it does work? Thanks.

It took 1/60th of a second to take the picture, but about 60 minutes of careful adjustment in order to make it fit properly...

I've ended up with a Thule landing in my lap when I put the word out that I needed a roof rack. Now all I need is the fitting kit which is car specific and of course, the 944 isn't listed anymore. Anyone know which kit fits? Maybe a different cars kit fits the 944? Cheers
