Anyone here today (Sunday).
I went from habit as it's usually a Central gig! Still a nice way to spend Sunday but better with TIPEC chums!

Re: Race Retro
I gave up on RR after it took less than an hour to walk around the exhibition stands.
The Rallying stage isn't big enough and again same old, same old.
New organisers promised a freshen up, which did not happen. I will give it a couple of years before I go again

Re: Race Retro
Yup same stands, same spots. Felt a bit Groundhog Day!
I did enjoy interview with Tiff Needell on Octane stage though.
Call me churlish, but I have reported organisers to trading standards for imposing £1 charge for credit or debit card payments. It's already a hefty entrance charge without another rip-off. I will also give it a miss next year.

They are all it, booking fees and payment method surcharges. Anyway to twist another £ out of us.

Re: Race Retro
That's true Sean and Race Retro not worst offender.
But I thought it shabby that they applied the charge for those paying on day (no admin involved), for debit and credit transactions (debit costs them 20p), and with no advance warning on website ticket section.
A tiny sum but it felt like sharp practice.
As far as show content it was also noticeable that there were no really "significant" or historic cars there apart from Clark's Lotus 32, an Alfa P3, oh and a Hillman Imp!
