Hi All
Well it is a wee bit away but accommodation is booking up very fast at our local haunt The Duncow Hotel, Rugby, for our annual weekend away. The hotel is part of the Innkeepers Lodge group and you can secure your accommodation and not be committed until the day prior to arrival without financial penalty. So in basic terms phone up NOW (takes 3 mins on phone) and reserve your room and you can cancel without paying anything until the day before your arrival date. Please don't leave it till next week or even next month as I have said room are booking up quickly don't delay book today !!!!!!!! It will cost you nothing to book up now and if things turn out that you cannot make the trip no big deal just cancel the booking it will cost you only a phone call.

This years event is TIPEC's 20th anniversary and it will be hosted at the Gaydon Motor Museum on the Saturday will be the scenic Cotswold Countryside run (approx 75 miles) arrive back at the museum for a cream tea session and a visit to the museum, in the evening the BBQ and band entertainment and on the Sunday the Show as per normal so Folk's a great weekend in store.

Costing
The Cream Tea and drive and museum visit (£20 based on 2 in a car)

The BBQ and Band entertainment evening Adults £25, Children £10 and under 5s free

The Sunday Show FREE.

Your are not obliged to attend the Saturday events if you do not wish to do so but I suspect most of us will being a bit special as it is the 20th Anniversary, that will be entirely up to each individual how they wish there weekend to go.

Well looks like a fabby weekend to me and i have already booked up as a few others have done already, so pencil it in folks and get booked up remember the accommodation side needs to be dealt with ASAP the rest can be done at a later date.

Anyone wishing anymore info please consult your Nov/Dec All Torque or do not hesitate to contact myself if you need anything clarified etc.

Kind Regards,

Neil Fraser R O Scotland
