Hello!

I've been lurking here for a while, so I thought I should register so I can join in.

I've been eyeing up 944s for a while now, and I'm not far off being able to afford to get one. I'm in no rush though...I want to make sure that I get the right car.

Where abouts are you? It would be worth getting to a local TIPEC meet to talk to owners & looks at a few cars.

Make sure you get a black one...performance is much better than lesser colours

Black is nice...I'm not picky about colour though!

We meet at Markfield, near Leicester on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. We have a couple of 944s for you to look over and if you intend to come along, I'll pop out a request for the owners to make sure they come in theirs. It worked well when a potential owner wanted a Boxster.
