944s2 wheel swap which ?

hi all new to this forum , went to tipec meet last sunday , thanks to all there , made me feel welcome , just wondered what other porsche wheels fit with no mods to 944s2 89 plate i was lokking for 17" , i saw some from a boxster s , but read somewhere that these need spacers , do the boxster fit , & what about 996, 993 , any help would be gratefully recieved , thanks sam :P

I have Boxster alloys. They all need spacers. But it does spoil the handling to some degree. You should fit 968 caster mounts & do a full wheel alignment or the tram-lining will be bad. If you already have design 90's I'd stick with them. Get them refurbed with new centers & they will look a lot better.

You can fit the Cup1s from a 968 directly without spacers but as mentioned anything over 16" then you should change to 968 castor bushes.
