Hi I'm Jon, I'm 19 and I have a 944S2 in Guards red I've had it for a year and it's my 2nd car since I past my test very good car one of the best cars I've driven apart from 996 turbo and Mk2 GT3. I was introduced to the club by Steve Switzer and plan to join very soon.

I got the model off of ebay and it arrived the same day I was going to pick the car up.

I hate little hatchbacks they all look the same and are boring to drive, so I decided to get a Porsche which is what I've always wanted since I was in school.
Want to get either a 911 turbo of some variety or GT3 by the time I'm about 25.

At 19 I was hooning around in a Mk III Mini cooper S that had all of 56 horses at the wheels! (Had to take the Weber 45 off to insure it at all.) To 70 it was quick enough to worry an XR3 with around 80 horses. Insurance was £550. 1/3rd of the value of the car!! Sold it for 3K 2 years later. They wern't trendy like they are now.

IS that a printing error. Nearly 5 figures

That's a nice lookin' '44 you've got there. Welcome to the forum. (I wish I could have had a 944 when I was 19.)

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone.

I get to drive a lot of nice cars where I work the pays not all that brilliant but well worth it for the cars I have driven.

I like to be different whereas everyone else my age is driving hatchbacks with under half the power of the Porsche and nowhere near as good looking the also have to chav them so badly they are considerably slower.

No that isn't a printing error the insurance is about the same value as the car possibly more I know I'm crazy but I don't really spend my money on much else really so I feel it's well worth it.
