I think you'll find that Rob Smedley announced it as he did on purpose because he knows the transmissions are monitored and he wanted everybody to know, after all, it's not just Massa who was conned, it was Rob as well who was being told 'you're the second rate team within Ferrari' - I'd be peed off too.

Massa said he was struggling on the hard tyres, yet he'd taken a three second advantage over Alonso while on them. I feel sorry for Massa - being made to lie as well. Alonso saying that Massa was having a problem - he's just a liar, I wouldn't trust him as far as I could throw him. They were saying that it was in the team's benefit to switch drivers - it makes no difference to 'the team' because they still ended up with the same amount of points - it was clearly to help their designated No1 driver.

They cheat in every sport nowadays, drivers purposely going slow or crashing, footballers falling over all the time - especially the ones in the over-paid learning difficulties league, rugby players chewing blood pellets, cyclists on drugs, athletes on drugs, and this year even old men taking short cuts on the London marathon to claim a record..... is anybody honest anymore :(

Yep. I was thinking that whatever the fallout from this, Smedley is the man who put his own job on the line. Good on him, too.
