996 TT exclusive request

Hi everybody on the forum

I'm a french man ( sorry nobody is perfect) and also new owner of a very special 996 TT witch supposed to come from England ( some says Scottland )
I'm trying to find complete history of this car :

Hi & welcome Lovely looking car.

First link is not found, the only one with a plate in view is a Munich plate, so not a Stuttgart transit/temporary plate. Is it a German registered car? What is the Cxx number on the build tag, if it was UK market it will say C16, C00 is Germany & C05 is France.
