 Post subject: crack in the glass, which is in front off the dails

will it was there last night and 2day iv noticed a crack in the glass/plastic which sits in front of the dails, oval dash.

could this be the heat? and has anyone got one as a replacvement?

Cracked dashes yes but never heard of cracked instrument glass!

no crack dash just the glass. is it glass?

just add its seems like is cracked on the inside, is in the lower right coner and split in 2 dirctions. about 50mm across

You're supposed to remove the glass before clocking the car. :lol:

Joking aside, I'd try a breakers for a replacement. Is the part listed on PET to buy seperate from OPC?

Errrr threw one of these away recently....... Sorry. If you ever buy new clocks (From the dismantlers.) they usually come with the surround so if you ask around you should find one.

Had a quick scan through PET tonight. I think you need item 5 off page 392. They call the clock glass a 'covering frame' P/N 944.641.941.01. Call your local OPC. They might not be as expensive as you might think.
