Hi there,

I am Ross Laing and have been the proud owner of a 1985 guards red Porsche 924 for just over a month. This is my second 924, the previous one having been sold due to getting married. Just about to get divorced so hought why not and this time I am keeping it. I come from Fife in Scotland and hope to get my pride and joy out on the open road as soon as the rubbish weather changes. Be great to hear from anybody so please feel free to drop me a line!

Kind regards,

Rossco

Welcome, I only joined the other night but have been watching for a few weeks, everyone is friendly. The regional organiser for Scotland is a gentelman and I am sure you will enjoy it. The monthly meeting are in Bo'Ness, but I'm sure you find all that out.

Cheers,

Lee, fae Lanark.

Thanks for all the replies. Should have my baby on the road by sat, she is in getting final paintwork jobs done. Looking for a brown leather hinged cassette box cover for behind the gear stick and also two brown manual window winder handles, so if you can help, will be more than happy to talk cash!!!!!

:hello1: :hello1: Divorce usually comes during Porsche ownership. When a really big bill appears.

I picked up my car from a guy getting divorced. He needed the funds to pay for the impending bills. And he hardly used it, so he bought himself (as far as I know) and Audi TT.
