Hi all,

I am into my first 911 C2 silver, RUF box, NVR.. yippee and looking to get involved in activities, clubs and much driving. I am new to Solihull and don't know the area well, so friendly types looking for drives out would be ideal.

You can do worse than pop along to your local TIPEC regional meeting, which I know is tomorrow night and is only about 5/6 miles away. It will be a shame that it's so close though - not much chance to drive.

Good to meet you and your 993 (forgive my ignorance but NVR...?).

Rest assured we are not normally given to standing in freezing car parks but I at any rate was eager to see Steve's new LEDs in his 928!

Also our usual pub venue is a much more atmospheric place than the Reservoir.

Adrian, no worries, I was inspired and am thinking I will do LEDs too.. And thanks for the invite to look around your garage.. am feeling the need to go and buy tools, tools and more tools..

She does look good for her years although I gave her a rub down after the classic preservation today and noticed a few more scratches.. oh well..
