Ditto in this household too.

Surprisingly no take up from the Southern boys, Gaydon is only just in the midlands :toothy8:

How child friendly is the party likely to be?

I will have my wife and son, who will be 5 by then, with me.

I don't have kids, but I would say the room is fairly secure, the outside terrace is safe.

The idea is to hold a laidback fun family event that everyone can enjoy. That's why we went for the back to school theme, kids can also put their uniforms on and join in. Adults can dress up or down as the case may, no big deal if they don't the purpose of the night is to get together, have a great time and celebrate 15 years of our club.

I'm sure there'll be something in the Hearnden Party Box that is suitable :)

I'll have my 7 and 4 year old boys with me aswell, the TIPEC events are always child friendly in my experience.

Bring your tent and the kids can all play together.

Sadly, the Boss doesn't do tents, so it'll probably be a Travelodge for us.

I'm going to be recommending the Leamington Spa Holiday Inn as the hotel of choice. Because they are near a town taxi's are more readily available and they have secure parking. We will orgainse transport from this hotel (only) to the Party when we have an idea of numbers. They are quoting us £75 for a double or family room including breakfast call 01926 425522 and ask for reservstions and quote POR.

However if you book on line early http://www.ichotelsgroup.com/h/d/hi/925/en/hd/warls?crUrl=/h/d/hi/925/en/hotelsearchresults&rpb=hotel&_requestid=177846
A double for £52 and eat at the BHC when you get there.

Other nearby economy accomodation is Welcome Break on the M40 family rooms from £40.
Travelodge Leamington Spa family room £70 10 miles away
Travelodge Rugby Dunchurch family room £29 16 miles away

Family rooms at the Holiday Inn have all been sold
