Unless you get a hatchback with one allready fitted/
They are a real bugger to fit.

Usually they come with the glass. If you take off your old rubber one there will be lots of holes to deal with. You cant drill the frame for the new one with the glass in as you will probably break it. I did it on mine but got an old 924 hatch to use without a spoiler. Removed the wiper as well. Rear wipers come in two sizes so watch that or you will need another moter as well. I just did away with it.

You can get an after market one that fits a standard hatch but those too are a bugger to fit.

Agree with other posts, pain to remove your rubber one and then try to fit new one. If you can find one at a breakers, easier to fit a complete hatch with a spoiler already on like I did, eventually.

Thanks Rich, but that one is well more than I wanted to pay... don't mind a scruffy one, I can put the time in to improve if cheap, altho thanks to everyone for the warnings about changing. I like a challenge tho!

I am just drooling over how many you guys have available. In the States they are very, very rare.

Picked mine up for £150 quid complete with hatch, took half hour to swap over and adjust. Thought that was a fair price seeing as Porscheshop want £300 for a kit!
