I used the "I'm going to get a Porsche which is a sound investment or an allotment with a potting shed" She'll come round. Tipec meet or event is a good idea aswell went to funday last year to show different models and they look better to 'other halves' when they can look round and touch, bit like a shopping trip
Finally use the I'm menoPorschal and just have to do it

Good luck

Hi,

Get it purchased lad. My lass didn't want me to get a 944 either but I just went and got it. She was so disgusted with me she wouldn't even come out of the house to look at it! But, she came round to quite liking the car eventually.

Remember this. You only live once in this life. There's no prizes for the richest man in the grave yard! If you can't get something you love, and be honest it's not like you're buying a £125K car, then it's a pretty poor do.

Nothing beats that roller coster ride of highs and lows then 944 ownership.

Regards, Ben :bounce:

Many thanks for the helpful replies.

I think the Crawley meetings would be closer.

Unfortunately, I will certainly be unable to make the next meeting and I think in the circumstances it would be unwise to suggest that Mrs Sons FC attends on her own!

I hope we can set something up.
