Hi all,

I'm a new owner of a 1991 944 that is missing the rear parcel shelf. I have two options 1./ get a replacement shelf or 2./tint the rear window but I think this will take a look off the car.

So anyone got an suggestions about where I might pick up a new shelf?

the 944 coupe did not come witha parcel shelf as far as I know, it is usually fitted with a roller blind arrangement which locates on the back of the rear seats and pulls out to cover the boot space, clipping onto the rear bulkhead near where the hatch pins fasten into. I think the 968 has a blind which attaches to the rear hatch so it lifts up when the hatch is lifted but I have never seen a 944 with a parcel shelf. Rear blinds can be bought from breakers or eBay but be careful as most tend not to retract properly.
