944 Sill questions

Hi all

Does anyone know the thickness / gauge of the original porsche outer sills?

Also, is Porsche the best place to source them or does anyone know anywhere cheaper? I think the outers are 400 a side or thereabouts.

Thank you! I can't seem to find genuine inner sills anywhere. I phoned my local Porsche dealer and they only found the outer ones on their system.
Have you seen the inner ones for sale anywhere before?

There is a genuine oe spec inner panel on ebay at moment for £200 if that helps .

Ah yes I used to use Hatfield a lot but I think the older chap has retired now. He loved the 944 (don't we all)
