New member keen to do the Silverstone classic!

Hi, I've just joined up with the Cheshire & Staffs TIPEC gang. I drive an old 3.2 drophead 911, which I've owned for 15years. I nearly got rid 3 years ago, because it was looking pretty rough! but couldn't part with it. So, after a lot of work and cash it is now a car that I can enjoy and be proud of again!
I'm keen to join the club for the Silverstone classic weekend. But after checking on line, it looks like I'm too late to join the club "in field" and will have to buy a "general admission ticket" and park on the Joes car park, damn! .......Unless, there is anyone in the club who has entered their car for the Saturday 27th July (or full weekend) but cannot now attend. I would of course be delighted to buy your ticket (as I'm sure a call to the organizers saying you've swopped your car would not be a problem). Thought it worth a mention, my no. is 07905971285.
Also, looking forward to other club stuff and banter! What a great mag as well.

Thanks Sean. Yeah, I guess I'll have to give in, and buy a joes ticket for the Silverstone classic. But with Jimi Hendrix (ok,tribute) playing saturday night, it got to be done!
