After some advice,

My cars stripped for paint and while the engines out im trying to come up with a list
of jobs i should do while access is easy, car has done 114,000 ran nicely and has
reciepts for a head gasket before, so far i have:-

1. clean and paint necessary parts
2. replace engine mounts
3. Cambelt & tensioners + waterpump
4. Clutch and associated parts

any other recommendations seals etc..???

oil cooler gasket as its a real pain in the ass with the engine in the hole

balance shaft seals as that's all but impossible with the engine in, and sump gasket if its leaking

How much of a job was it to get the engine out??

Did you take it out from the top or the bottom...?? (or did a garage do it lol ...)

Out from underneath I have done it never done one before.
Not a bad job but bear in Mind I have stripped my car

As doing clutch I would recommend the Rear Main Seal. Also Oil Pump seal and AOS O-rings too .
