Sat Nav stuck on Map of Birmingham

Post by Griffgray »

The map on my Sat Nav is stuck on Birmingham, been a while now as it was the Classic Car show in November ! I have tried re-booting the system and re installing DVD but no joy. I am aware from other posts on PH that there is a cable under/near the windscreen which can work itself loose, but I cannot find it. Any ideas, hope it does not mean a replacement unit as this sounds expensive

Cheers

Which model PCM is it? Which car is it in? I've not had it happen on my PCM, but the phone has stopped working. :(

Try pressing numbers 148 all at the same time and see if it re-sets? This didn't help my phone problem but does re-set the unit.
