Need some technical help please. I've loaded software for a new Nokia phone on my PC and now have no sound :dontknow:

I've cursed it and given it a kick but that hasn't sorted the problem - any ideas?

Hi Paul :)

Its not that unusual..we get lots of people come into my shop AFTER they have loaded phone software that develop sound problems...

Ok...do this....

Find your sound card driver disc or recovery DRIVER disc and reload your original sound drivers. they will then reassociate your original sound card or chip and your sound will work again....

All the best Brett :)

If you take your sound card out to find out which one it is you should be able to download the software?

Located the sound controller via control panel and clicked on properties - this gave an update option for the driver and sorted the problem !!

Thanks chaps :D
