How the driving style looks in the most part far more relaxed in the 918 versus the Ruf Yellowbird 25 years ago with then a record 8.07 lap time

Thats exactly my thoughts.... looking relaxed! Technology for you. Although the old video, I noticed he had no helmet on!!

Apparently half of the time gained over the Carrera GT (approx 30s) is due to the tyre technology, amazing to think of that in just 10 years.

Mclaren have gone sub 7 minutes. But havent announced the time yet. Though rumors of 6.47.
